Community Sound[e]Scapes - Northern Ontario - Sounds
Here is the library of raw sound recordings made during the Community Sound [e]Scapes: Northern Ontario project. These were recorded during the workshops with the KiHS class, and during other activities with the community. They have been already been used by the students and artists to make new audio pieces, and as part of video soundtracks. We hope this will continue. Scroll to the bottom to see the list you can download to get a copy of the sounds to use in your own projects.
We have tried to label them the best we can to give you an idea of the sounds, and have identified the person recording where we can. Please let us know if we need to correct anything.
