For your information former Deputy Grand Dan Koosees will be going into a major open heart surgery at the Sudbury Regional Hospital tomorrow morning at 8 Am and the doctors anticipate at least a 4 hour surgery. During that time he will only be kept alive on a life support machine. The doctors are not concern about the surgery itself but during his recovery for the first 7 days as you know by now, Dan is a dialysis patient.

The provincial government will set aside $10 million for the boreal forest on the east side of Lake Winnipeg, Manitoba Premier Gary Doer said Tuesday.
