Poplar Hill First Nation leaders graciously hosted a visit by Canada Health Infoway (CHI) guests Terry Moore and Lucia DiPascale.
Canada Health Infoway has been working with KO Telemedicine on a number of projects and wanted to come see for themselves the work that is happening in the communities.
Poplar Hill provided our guests with boiled duck and wild meat soup which was much appreciated.

"Hi Laurie. I just wanted to share a personal story with you. I'm a young woman living in the city whose parents both attended residential schools. Both my parents had raised me and my two brothers up until we were ready to leave home.
Today, everyone across Ontario will have a chance to determine who will represent them in the Ontario legislature. As well, the REFERENDUM question will ask everyone to decide if they want to keep the present system (First Past the Post) OR move to the Mixed Member Proportional system.
