Unofficial count shows voters favour new constitution in Bolivia

(Martin Mejia/AP Photo)A new Bolivian constitution granting greater power to the country's indigenous majority was approved Sunday by 57 per cent of voters in a referendum, according to an unofficial quick count of votes.

"Think tank" attacks First Nation treaty rights that include access to education programs

The Frontier Centre has on its header "Policy without Politics" but when it comes to First Nations, this Winnipeg-based "think tank" sure supports and writes about right wing policies. Using words such as "likely was intended" to describe First Nation treaties simply demonstrates their biases and prejudices. Their intentions are clear when they write headlines like this one that shows a level of ignorance and belief that First Nations are actually receiving anything that is "free".
