Ontario is on track to meet its aggressive greenhouse gas reduction targets and adapt to climate change impacts.

The province’s first-ever report on its climate change action plan focuses on the starting points of the plan and documents the government’s actions over the past year.

Indian residential day school students launch lawsuit

Aboriginal day school students are launching a class action lawsuit hoping to receive compensation for alleged abuse during the residential school era.

It is estimated 75,000 day school students attended government funded, church-run residential schools. But they lived in boarding houses, convents, hostels and orphanages, rather than school dormitories.

Obama to include broadband in economic stimulus package
