Bell Aliant begins construction of the first phase of their fibre network into NAN First Nations

Construction of the first phase of the Bell Aliant fibre network north of Ignace is now happening on the stretch north of Ignace to Pickle Lake and on to the Musselwhite Mine site. Other portions of this first phase including the Red Lake to Pikangikum, KI to Wapekeka and Pickle Lake to Cat Lake and Slate Falls will also be starting in the very near future.
