A U.S. judge on Thursday backed a finding by government scientists that global warming is threatening the survival of the polar bear.

I am an Information Officer for MNR Fire. I was fortunate enough to get some time to speak with the Chief, as you can imagine she has been very busy.
The video starts by showing a NAPS Officer ensuring that all the pets are being fed in the community, then goes to the Chief's address.
This video was shown to the evacuees in all the host locations on June 29.
