Ontario will be providing assistance to community groups looking to build new green generation and to municipalities that might face extra infrastructure costs as green energy facilities are built. These two programs represent steps five and six in Ontario's ten steps to green energy which will open investment and opportunities in Ontario's green economy.

TORONTO, ONTARIO - Sept. 23, 2009 - On behalf of the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, Dean Del Mastro, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Member of Parliament (Peterborough), today announced at Seneca College the creation of the Canada Interactive Fund (CIF).
Program guidelines, proposal application forms and other related documentation and materials are now available on the INAC Internet site for both the First Nation Student Success Program and the Education Partnerships Program.
Regional Offices will play a lead role in advising communities and organizations eligible to participate in one or both programs.

THUNDER BAY - Ontario is asking Hydro One to immediately proceed with planning and implementing major transmission projects across the province, including Northern Ontario, which will create jobs and build the green economy.

The Telemedicine Secretary is a Full Time position that supports the KO Telehealth Administration Team to create an efficient and effective workplace environment. The major duties and responsibilities are a guideline and new tasks and duties will be assigned as required.
Both of these papers are the first papers from larger research projects and there will be further papers coming next year from these projects. These papers will be presented at the upcoming Canadian Society of Telehealth conference in Vancouver (October 3 to the 6).
