Invitation to First Nation Artists to enter the 28th Annual Native Art Contest
Peace Hills Trust Company would like to invite First Nation Artists to enter into our annual Native Art Contest. The winner of the main prize will receive $2,500.00 and their winning entry displayed on our 2011 calendar. Plus they will receive a trip to Kelowna for the Art Show.
This is the 28th year for the contest and we are continually impressed with the quality of Artwork that is submitted. We not only own the winning pieces but we purchase others that have become part of a very extensive Art collection. We are very proud of the entries and our Art collection.
The Art contest and Show are highlights for Peace Hills Trust every year. The artwork is phenomenal and the show is an opportunity to display the art and share with invited guests.
Every year we host an Art Show where we display all of the entries for the year. This show is held in different regions of Canada and this year the show will be held in Kelowna, November 10th, 2010. The show has traveled to most centers where we are located in Canada bringing a wide variety of cultural aspects to be displayed.
