In Canada, NAAAW is one of the most widely known movements in our Aboriginal communities. Let’s make this movement a partnership between all of our First Nation and Inuit communities, and represent a united front in the battle against addiction. Let’s circle together, celebrate our sobriety, return to our traditions, and bring honor to our communities.
YOUTH GRANT:
This year we are proud to introduce a grant specifically for YOUth!!! We truly believe that our future really is in the hands of our youth, we are here to encourage and empower you in your communities! If you had $2500 to plan a week of Addictions Awareness in your community what would you do?! The grant is specifically for a YOUTH planned AND implemented event, so give us your best. Please note that if your events are NOT during NAAAW, November 14-21, your submission will not be considered.

COMMUNITY GRANT:
This year NAAAW is also offering 29 grants of $2500 across the country to fund events during our week. If your events are NOT during NAAAW, November 14-21, your submission will not be considered. We are looking for communities hosting exceptional events across the country; we hope that this funding will inspire you to host a NAAAWsome event!
