This conference will explore the latest challenges, solutions and best practices in Aboriginal health care across the province. The health and well-being of Aboriginal peoples in Ontario is influenced by many factors, such as culture, geography, an aging population, shifting demographics and the challenge of blending traditional healings and contemporary medicine. This in-depth, multi-stakeholder event will highlight innovations, integration opportunities and success stories among providers of health care in the north.
