The North West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) has launched a community engagement project, Share Your Story, Shape Your Care (www.northwestlhin.on.ca/myvoice), to hear people’s stories and ideas for improving the health system in
The results will be used to develop the North West LHIN’s second Integrated Health Services Plan (IHSP) – an important plan that identifies health care priorities for the next three years.
We want to hear stories and ideas from people across our region, including local residents, patients and their families, as well as all health professionals. As a bonus, by completing the survey, you can win great prizes, like a Wii Fit or iPod Nano!

The site will remain active until February 28, 2009.
