Attached please find the 2009 Celebrate Canada funding application form for the Celebrate Canada period Canada Day, National Aboriginal Day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day and Canadian Multiculturalism Day.
The deadline to submit applications is February 28, 2009, however we encourage you to complete the form and get it to us as soon as possible to ensure it is processed in a timely manner.
