The Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) welcomes you to the Fourth Annual Northern Health Research Conference (NHRC) to be held in Thunder Bay, Ontario. On May 29-30, 2009, this conference demonstrates NOSM’s commitment to health care and education for the people of Northern Ontario and beyond. The NHRC builds on the last three years successes by continuing to explore research activities within Northern Ontario arising from community-based activities. It will highlight projects underway from students, residents, and community-based researchers. The conference provides opportunities for collaboration and community networking.
CALL FOR PAPERS – ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The research work submitted should be original and innovative. Presentations will be either in oral or poster format. The length of oral presentations is expected to be 15 minutes in duration including discussion. Abstract submission guidelines and poster details will be available online. The Scientific Committee, which will review and evaluate all submitted Abstracts, reserves the right to accept or reject any paper and to make a final decision on the form of presentation.
The deadline for Abstract submission is February 2, 2009.
