Sioux Lookout Blueberry festival's Bannock Bake-Off inviting organizations to register

Sioux Lookout ON, July 21, 2008- The Bannock Bake-Off is back again and the teams are ready to compete for the title of the best bannock bakers in town!
The Sioux Lookout Anti-Racism Committee will be hosting this year’s Bannock Bake-Off on Friday August 1st starting at 2:00pm, at the Sioux Lookout Town Beach.
For those unfamiliar with the Bannock Bake-Off, it is an event held annually on the first day of the Blueberry Festival where businesses form teams to bake bannock over an open fire pit. Judges determine the best bannock by creativity through presentation, team uniforms and of course taste!
