KO presents at Access 2002 Conference in Windsor

Access 2002conference's theme this year was "Delivering the Promise" and focused on the successful uses of technology to help libraries empower individuals, organizations, and communities. Keewaytinook Okimakanak and K-Net were highlighted by doing the opening presentation A Practical Expression of Indigenous Community Development.
