Chiefs of Keewaytinook Okimakanak First Nations meet in Balmertown as board of directors

The Chiefs of Keewaytinook Okimakanak wrapped up another successful Board of Directors meeting after reviewing and approving 2008-2009 program budgets, discussing issues and priorities affecting both their First Nations and their tribal council organization, meeting with INAC visitors and passing a number of resolutions providing program staff with direction to continue their work of developing and delivering programs and services that address community and organizational requirements.
The three Keewaytinook Okimakanak offices in Balmertown, Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay were connected via videoconferencing for the duration of the two day meeting.
