Lakehead University’s Faculty of Education is offering a new Additional Qualification course this Spring-Summer.

Teacher of Native Children was created to support provincial and regional initiatives aimed at assisting teachers to better meet the educational needs of Aboriginal children in their schools.

The course will run from May 5 to July 25 and will be delivered through a combination of online learning, five videoconferences, and a culminating practical activity to be completed in July.

Tuition for the course is $846.00 - no textbooks are required.

Please note that the Application Deadline for this course has been extended to April 30, 2008.
