NAC Air temporairly suspends all operations, entering into negotiations with Wasaya Airways

NAC Air has ceased all its operations.
It's web site at http://www.nacair.ca/ is no longer reachable.
When calling the Thunder Bay office at (807) 474-5351, the following message is provided:
Thank you for calling NAC AIR.
We regret to inform you that effective immediately NAC Air has temporarily suspended operations.
We have entered into negotiations with Wasaya Airways to reorganize operations.
In the interim, Wasaya will attempt to accommodate all NAC Air passengers.
Thank you and have a great day.
