National Youth Network for Healing and Reconciliation advocating for First Nation youth

Press Release

National Youth Network for Healing and Reconciliation

The National Youth Network for Healing and Reconciliation (NYNHR) is a dedicated means of educating youth on the discriminatory actions of yesterday and thus ensuring that these atrocities are never duplicated. In order for the healing process to start there has to be a discussion to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that every voice is heard.

There is a case being heard today by the Federal Court that is the result of an appeal by the Assembly of First Nations and the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society, which both argue the government is guilty of discrimination against Aboriginal children in Canada.
