$1.82 MILLION FUNDING ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FIRST NATION BUSINESSES BY MINISTER OF FEDNOR HONOURABLE TONY CLEMENT
Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund is pleased to announce that FedNor has provided $1.82 million to strengthen First Nation small business and economic development in northwestern Ontario. A press conference to announce this funding arrangement will be held at Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund’s office in Thunder Bay on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 11:00am ET.
As one of the communities we intend to assist with this funding, you are cordially invited to attend the press conference via video-conference courtesy of K-Net. Please be advised that spots are very limited and are only available on a first-come first-serve basis. Confirmation of your community’s attendance is required no later than Monday, August 8, 2011 at 4:00pm ET.
