Would You Like TO BE A NURSE?

If you are of Aboriginal Ancestry

(Status, Non-Status, Metis, or Inuit) and:

1.  Are a mature, extraordinary student or college/transfer students 

 (see  http://calendar.lakeheadu.ca) OR

2.  Are a Health Care Worker (CHR, or RPN/LPN) who has successfully completed a minimum of Ontario Grade 10 AND

3.  Have successfully completed at least one full year pf study at the community college level in a health-related field, AND

4.  Have recent upgrading (within the last 5 years) in Biology and Chemistry

Then you may be eligible

to enter the 9-month

Native Nurses Entry Program

 designed to provide the necessary skills and acedemic

preparation required to enter Year 1 of the 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Program at Lakehead University
