Dean Julia O’Sullivan met with Geordi Kakepetum, KO Executive Director, Darren Potter, KiHS principal and Brian Walmark of the KO Research Institute to discuss various issues of mutual interest... O’Sullivan is interested in using the KiHS platform to deliver the new community-based education degree that is replacing the NTEP program... She would like to place Faculty of Education students in KiHS classrooms to broaden their exposure to ICTs and educational applications... She is interested in pursuing research opportunities with the KO Research Institute, especially methods to improve literacy in KO elementary schools...
